Instructions

• Signup using mobile no and email id, and proceed to create lead passenger profile.
• The lead passenger shall himself / herself be one of the passengers for booking done through the account created as above.
• Maximum 5 passengers can be added as co-passengers with the lead passenger.
• Photo ID document file should be - .JPEG or .JPG only and size should not be more than 1 MB.
• Co-passenger details once entered should be frozen. Only thereafter, the co-passenger details shall be viewable in the booking list.
• Details of lead passenger and co-passengers once saved / frozen, cannot be edited.
• While booking tickets, only selected passengers will be considered.
• Before proceeding towards making payment, kindly confirm passenger list along with route, date and slot.
• Since journey from Panjtarni helipad to Holy Cave and back entails substantial time, the slots available between to and fro heli-travel shall appear with a gap of atleast 6 hours only.
• Once a ticket is booked, under no circumstance, request for refund / re-scheduling / cancellation / editing shall be allowed.
• Heli passenger should carry along his/her original Photo ID and Compulsory Health Certificate duly signed and stamped by authorised doctor in this regard during the Yatra.
• List of doctors authorised to issue Compulsory Health Certificate is available here.
• In case a heli passenger books the last slot during any day, he /she might be required to stay at Panjtarni due to inadvertent weather conditions, etc. Accomodation arrangements are available at Panjtarni on payment basis.
• Heli operator may require certain minimum number of passengers for operating a given sortie.
• Passenger should report atleast 30 minutes prior to the booked slot timing.
