Eco-Friendly
This year, we have planned to construct our Pandel structure by eco-friendly items like the Pat-Kati, Coconut Ropes, Bamboo frameworks and various handicrafts articles. The Pandel construction is being supervised by a master worker named Heramba Das of Purba Medinipur and we have an idea to construct the Pandel like temples of Bankura district keeping at par with the traditional Man daps. Like all previous years, master artisan Tapas Bagchi will create the idols for this year and the traditional decor is bound to bedazzle the visitors with its archaic splendor. Talking about lights, the members of the Committee are socially aware and has a plan to make the celebration filled with the true lights of festivity.
