USE THIS FOLLOWING STEPS TO REGISTER YOUR CLUB

1. Please download the above form.
2. Take the print out of this form.
3. Fill up according to Instruction.
4. Please attach your road map, theme/concept of your Puja Pandel, last year social activity.
5. Submit application with all document in our office address.

SELECTION PROCEDURE & DISPLAY TERMS FOR PUJA COMMITTEES

1. We will release advertisement in leading daily news papers one month prior to Durga puja and will invite various Durga Puja Committees to submit their names towards expression of their interest to participate in our “Yuba Kalyan Sharod Sanman”.
2. They must abide by the Government rules and regulations laid by the Government applicable for all Durga Puja committees.
3. They must maintain their Books of Accounts and finally get those accounts Audited by a qualified Chartered Accountant.
4. They agree to campaign Paschim Banga Yuba Kalyan Manch’s event Banners / Hordings etc. within 20 meters of Puja Mandops.

SELECTION PROCEDURE TO CHOOSE THE BEST

1. On receipt of the applications, our team members will scrutinize the papers submitted by various Puja Committees.
2. Only those Puja Committees will be allowed to participate who will meet the following conditions :
   1. All requisite permissions and clearances are taken.
3. After short listing the final participants, all the short listed Puja Committees and disqualified Puja Committees will be intimated accordingly.
4. Our first level teams will start visiting the short listed Puja Mandaps on and from “Tritya” for the selection process.
5. Second level teams will visit on “Chaturthi” for second level selection process.
6. Third level teams will visit on “Panchami” for third level selection process.
7. On “Sasthi” our entire Judge’s Pannel comprising of Judges from Supreme Court and High Court of our country, many other celebrities like popular film actors & actresses, important Government officials, painters, writers and national and international sports personalities will visit for the finalization of the award winners.
8. On “Saptami” announcement and declaration of the respective winners is made by our Judges Pannel. Also the distribution of the “Yuba Kalyan Sharod Sanman - 2015 ” at respective Puja Mondaps will be made on the same day.
