- All registered Puja Committees / Organizations from India & Abroad are eligible to participate.

- Last Date of Submission is 30th September - 2023
- Puja associations shall be notified by DNA’s (organizers) SPOC in advance about the judges (Online and on Ground)
- The decision of the judges shall be final and binding. No communication with respect to the judgment shall be entertained.
- DNA shall name a single contact point for smooth functioning during Durga Puja days.
- Selected puja pandals will receive our participation banners, and official banners, which have to be placed in a prime location at the Pujo venue for proper visibility for our Juries.
- Top 150 selected puja pandals will receive memento & certificates (from INDIA & OVERSEAS)
- The result will be declared during puja days.
- KOLKATA – Chaturthi & awards will be given on (Panchami) on our website & all social media pages.
- DELHI NCR – Maha Ashtami & awards will be given on (Maha Navami) on our website & all social media pages.
- OVERSEAS – As per the scheduled dates of celebration.
- There will be engagement activities with “NARAYANI NAMASTUTE”
- Once the results are declared on the mentioned dates the committees will receive the official memento & a certificate from industry stalwarts of different walks of life.
- Our official photographers will take the photographs as per the judging criteria.
- Puja Committees must share their creativities in our official “Narayani Namastute FB Group” & receive maximum “LIKES” on the “Narayani Namastute” Page & Group… (for Online Judgement)

- Puja Committees must use the official hashtags while sharing the Durga Puja-related images & must tag their official page too.
- Entry & Exit Demarcation.
- Proper placement of “Official Banner”.
- Reception of Juries.
- Special arrangements for the physically challenged.
- Social Cause behind the theme for this year (if any).
- Environment Friendly.
- First Aid Counter with specially abled.
- Fire extinguisher with specialized personnel.
- Drinking Water Facility.
- Toilet / Washroom provision for Men & Women separately (if any).
- Non-usage of plastics in pandal or other structural works.
- Proper usage of electricity.
- Puja Committees received maximum “LIKES” on the “Narayani Namastute” Page & Group will receive a special award… (for Online Judgement)
