- Application for registration does not guarantee participation in Asian Paints Sharad Shamman 2025.
- If your Pujo site address is out of the 16 Zones provided in the map, you will not be entitled to take part in Asian Paints Sharad Shamman 2025 and your entry will be not qualified.
- Images and videos of pandals and idols can be required to be submitted by the participating Pujo Committees.
- Post submission, we will first verify all the details and post verification we will confirm the registration. Pujo Committee members will be officially informed.
- The last date for registration is 19th September 2025.
- All participating Pujo Committees are required to send their SINGLE WINDOW GOVERNMENT AUTHORITY PERMISSION SCAN COPY at asianpaintssharadshamman.kol@gmail.com before the last date of registration.
- All decisions of the judges are final.
- All matters will come under the jurisdiction of local courts of Mumbai.
- Contest is not open to agencies, employees or contractors of Asian Paints and companies connected with the prize draws or their families.
- We reserve the right to publish the images, videos, name(s) and location(s) of the winner(s) on our website, Facebook & Instagram accounts or any other media.
- We reserve the right to cancel or suspend any prize at any point, without liability to the prize-givers or winners.
- Our decision is final on all matters and we will not enter into any further correspondence.
- By entering, you agree to be bound by these rules in relation to the Application for Registration.
- Asian Paints Sharad Shamman is restricted to the given geography of Kolkata City only and open to the Barowari Puja Committees only.
